Scott Mifsud earned his B.S. in Hospitality Management with an emphasis in Event Management from the University of Central Florida in 2003, and his career took off from there. After starting as a banquet manager with a premier national hotel brand and learning the operations side of the event industry, Scott worked in multiple roles that gained him experience and insight into almost every aspect of the industry. In 2011, he used that experience to start Just Right! Destination Management, nurturing it into one of the most successful niche destination management companies in the world.

A CMP and DMCP, Scott has earned the designation of CMP Fellow by the Event Industry Council. He believes in sharing his knowledge and experience with other event professionals, which he has done through esteemed publications such as Meetings Today and Smart Meetings. He also serves on multiple committees as well as the board for MPI Orlando, and has had the honor of speaking to up-and-coming event industry professionals as they embark on their careers. His goal will always be to provide his clients with the best possible service, regardless of the size or scope of their event.
