Just Right! brought over 1,600 attendees together for Heroes Unmasked—a vibrant, superhero-themed user group celebration designed to ignite imagination, foster connection, and celebrate community. Set beneath a dramatic evening sky, this outdoor experience transformed a classic gathering into an immersive comic book fantasy brought to life.
Gotham came to life on the Grove Lawn at the Caribe Royale for this comic book-inspired evening of fun and flair. Our client wanted a high-energy, well-themed event that celebrated the spirit of superheroes
while still being functional for a large guest count. That meant we had to strike a delicate balance: fully immerse guests in the world of Gotham without overwhelming the space. To pull it off, we focused on high-impact, space-smart design. A massive custom bar anchored the center of the event, while branded perimeter décor helped define the theme without cluttering walkways.
Gobo lighting and sky trackers added dynamic movement and mood, enhancing the atmosphere without taking up any physical space.
One standout feature? Our steampunk-inspired dessert stations! These weren’t just eye-catching—they were fully functional, too. Buffet trays moved along a track, allowing us to serve guests efficiently while
enhancing the gritty, industrial vibe of Gotham City.
Between hotel catering logistics, guest flow, and the scale of the event, this one took thoughtful planning and creative design solutions. But in the end, the result was nothing short of heroic!
